Theo \u0111\u00f3, K\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch \u0111\u1eb7t m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau trong n\u0103m 2025 v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2030 c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 cho c\u00e1c l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em>a) V\u1ec1 H\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng vi\u1ec5n th\u00f4ng &#8211; Internet<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; M\u1edf r\u1ed9ng v\u00f9ng ph\u1ee7 s\u00f3ng 5G to\u00e0n qu\u1ed1c, ph\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ea5u s\u1ed1 tr\u1ea1m 5G ph\u00e1t s\u00f3ng trong n\u0103m 2025 \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 50% so v\u1edbi s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng tr\u1ea1m 4G \u0111\u00e3 ph\u00e1t s\u00f3ng. N\u0103m 2030 s\u1ebd ph\u1ee7 s\u00f3ng 5G to\u00e0n qu\u1ed1c; X\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng, b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m n\u0103ng l\u1ef1c, s\u1eb5n s\u00e0ng tri\u1ec3n khai th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m m\u1ea1ng di \u0111\u1ed9ng 6G.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u01b0a v\u00e0o khai th\u00e1c t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 01 tuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1p quang bi\u1ec3n qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf m\u1edbi n\u0103m 2025, t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 02 tuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1p quang bi\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ea5t li\u1ec1n qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf, 09 Tuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1p quang bi\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam n\u0103m 2030. T\u1ed5ng dung l\u01b0\u1ee3ng thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf c\u00e1p quang tr\u00ean bi\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ea1t 52 Tbps n\u0103m 2025 v\u00e0 \u2265 350 Tbps n\u0103m 2030<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 25% ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng truy nh\u1eadp b\u0103ng r\u1ed9ng c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1edbi t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 tr\u00ean 1Gb\/s n\u0103m 2025 v\u00e0 100% n\u0103m 2030.<\/p>\n<p>-T\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 01 doanh nghi\u1ec7p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea5p ph\u00e9p v\u00e0 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c tri\u1ec3n khai th\u00ed \u0111i\u1ec3m d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 vi\u1ec5n th\u00f4ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 v\u1ec7 tinh qu\u1ef9 \u0111\u1ea1o t\u1ea7m th\u1ea5p.<\/p>\n<p>-Vi\u1ec7t Nam n\u1eb1m trong nh\u00f3m 20 n\u01b0\u1edbc d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ea7u th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi v\u1ec1 chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i Internet sang IPv6 trong n\u0103m 2025 v\u00e0 T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng IPv6 \u0111\u1ea1t 90%; chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n m\u1ea1ng Internet Vi\u1ec7t Nam sang IPv6, s\u1eb5n s\u00e0ng cho IPv6 only, Internet of Things \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2030.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em>b) H\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng d\u1eef li\u1ec7u<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; H\u00ecnh th\u00e0nh 1-2 trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u m\u1edbi \u0111\u1ea1t ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n xanh, trong \u0111\u00f3 \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 01 trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ea1t chu\u1ea9n h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 c\u00e1c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng tr\u00ed tu\u1ec7 nh\u00e2n t\u1ea1o n\u0103m 2025. N\u0103m 2030 s\u1ebd H\u00ecnh th\u00e0nh th\u00eam t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 11 trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u m\u1edbi \u0111\u1ea1t ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n xanh, trong \u0111\u00f3 \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 05 trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ea1t chu\u1ea9n h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 c\u00e1c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng tr\u00ed tu\u1ec7 nh\u00e2n t\u1ea1o.<\/p>\n<p>-T\u1ed5ng c\u00f4ng su\u1ea5t \u0111i\u1ec7n thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u to\u00e0n qu\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 241,5 MW n\u0103m 2025 v\u00e0 788 MW n\u0103m 2030.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em>c) H\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng v\u1eadt l\u00fd &#8211; s\u1ed1<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>-H\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng Internet v\u1ea1n v\u1eadt (loT) s\u1eb5n s\u00e0ng t\u1ea1i t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c khu c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 cao, khu c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 th\u00f4ng tin t\u1eadp trung, trung t\u00e2m nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u, ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n, \u0111\u1ed5i m\u1edbi s\u00e1ng t\u1ea1o cho \u0111\u1ebfn h\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng thi\u1ebft y\u1ebfu.<\/p>\n<p>-Trung b\u00ecnh m\u1ed7i ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n c\u00f3 01 k\u1ebft n\u1ed1i Internet v\u1ea1n v\u1eadt (IoT &#8211; Internet of Things) n\u0103m 2025. \u0110\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2030 s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng k\u1ebft n\u1ed1i IoT \u0111\u1ea1t m\u1ee9c cao c\u1ee7a th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi ho\u1eb7c trung b\u00ecnh m\u1ed7i ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n 04 k\u1ebft n\u1ed1i IoT.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em>d) H\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng ti\u1ec7n \u00edch s\u1ed1 v\u00e0 C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 nh\u01b0 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>-50% d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 tr\u01b0\u1edfng th\u00e0nh c\u00f3 ch\u1eef k\u00fd s\u1ed1 ho\u1eb7c ch\u1eef k\u00fd \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n<em> n\u0103m 2025 v\u00e0 70% n\u0103m 2030.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>-T\u00ean mi\u1ec1n \u201c.vn\u201d l\u00e0 th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ed1c gia, \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 1 tri\u1ec7u t\u00ean mi\u1ec1n, chi\u1ebfm t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 60% t\u00ean mi\u1ec1n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam; Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u1ee9ng th\u1ee9 nh\u1ea5t ASEAN, thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m 10 n\u01b0\u1edbc d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ea7u Ch\u00e2u \u00c1, nh\u00f3m 20 &#8211; 30 n\u01b0\u1edbc d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ea7u th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi v\u1ec1 t\u00ean mi\u1ec1n.<\/p>\n<p>-Ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u00e1c n\u1ec1n t\u1ea3ng cung c\u1ea5p c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 (IoT, tr\u00ed tu\u1ec7 nh\u00e2n t\u1ea1o, d\u1eef li\u1ec7u l\u1edbn, chu\u1ed7i kh\u1ed1i, an ninh m\u1ea1ng,&#8230;) nh\u01b0 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5, \u0111\u00f3ng vai tr\u00f2 l\u00e0 h\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng m\u1ec1m \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n kinh t\u1ebf, x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B\u1ed9 tr\u01b0\u1edfng B\u1ed9 KH&amp;CN v\u1eeba k\u00fd Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 912\/Q\u0110-BKHCN ng\u00e0y 18\/5\/2025 ban h\u00e0nh K\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n h\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng s\u1ed1 th\u1eddi k\u1ef3 2025-2030.
