Ph\u1ee5 ph\u1ea9m t\u00f4m (ph\u1ee5 ph\u1ea9m t\u1eeb ch\u1ebf bi\u1ebfn, ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng, v\u1ecf t\u00f4m l\u1ed9t) sau khi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c thu gom v\u00e0 x\u1eed l\u00fd s\u1ebd l\u00e0m nguy\u00ean cho s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t nanochitosan.<\/p>\n<p>Nh\u00f3m nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e3 d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o quy tr\u00ecnh theo c\u00e1c b\u01b0\u1edbc: nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u ph\u1ee5 ph\u1ea9m t\u00f4m; s\u01a1 ch\u1ebf ph\u1ee5 ph\u1ea9m; lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf t\u1ea1p ch\u1ea5t; s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t chitin; chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a chitin th\u00e0nh chitosan; c\u1eaft m\u1ea1ch chitosan t\u1ea1o naochitosan.<\/p>\n<p>T\u1eeb quy tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y, nh\u00f3m nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e3 th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t nanochitosan t\u1eeb 200 gam ph\u1ee5 ph\u1ea9m \u0111\u1ea7u v\u1ecf t\u00f4m t\u01b0\u01a1i ch\u1ebf bi\u1ebfn c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c 17,4 gam nanochitosan kh\u00f4, \u0111\u1ea1t hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t 3,5% nanochitosan. S\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f3 \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u1ec1 c\u1ea3m quan, th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n h\u00f3a h\u1ecdc, c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac h\u00ecnh th\u00e1i ph\u00e2n t\u1eed (SEM), ph\u1ed5 ph\u00e2n t\u1eed FTIR, \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00e2n t\u00e1n kh\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc h\u1ea1t (DLS) \u0111\u1ec1u t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea1t c\u00e1c ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd nh\u01b0: kh\u00e1ng t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c vi n\u1ea5m, vi khu\u1ea9n g\u00e2y b\u1ec7nh cho c\u00e2y v\u00e0 th\u1ee7y s\u1ea3n.<\/p>\n<p>H\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng nh\u1ea5t tr\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m thu \u0111\u1ec1 t\u00e0i, \u0111\u1ec1 t\u00e0i \u0111\u1ea1t lo\u1ea1i xu\u1ea5t s\u1eafc.
